I work with business owners across the full spectrum of small & medium sized companies and professional practices together with the chief Executive officers of Trade Associations, Institutes, Professional bodies, Associations and Federations.
My clients
Most clients typically want to address specific areas of shortcoming, to grow their business or to enhance profitability. This said there are many other reasons, some being personal some professional. At the personal level they often come to find support at times of uncertainty whilst others seek to reduce their stress or to improve their skills. At the professional level many seek help to redefine their strategic vision; to enter new markets; to address personnel & team development issues, to shape up new services or to improve specific revenue streams.
Most of my clients want to earn more with less effort and to enjoy the fruits of having more time to work ‘on’ their business rather than ‘in’ it. Many seek to improve their systems and procedures such that they work more effectively on an automatic basis; many want to shape up their people and develop high performing collaborative teams that drive the business forward; some seek support to improve internal and external communications, whilst others seek to increase the number and quality of ‘the right type of clients’.

My services
My coaching services are based on open, frank discussion and the application of rigorous systems & procedures. I need clients to face up to their circumstances and to commit to take action to achieve their desired results. I work with people whom I like as its hard to have fun working with those you don't and even harder to get over the difficult messages in a way that they are welcomed and acted upon. I seek clients that are open and receptive and who are up for the challenge. Clients must be willing to take on board the hard messages; they must commit to invest in the business coaching process; they must be willing to put in the necessary work, and above all, they must be genuinely committed to their own success.
I only accept new clients when I feel confident that I can add a high degree of value to the business relationship and am happy to offer my business coaching support on a guarantee basis.
